Client Acquisition specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our sales team. The primary role of this position is to identify, engage, and secure new clients for our facility management services. You will be responsible for building relationships, understanding client needs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients in need of facility management services.

Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce Kayan FM’s offerings.

Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to drive business growth.

Conduct presentations and negotiations to close deals successfully.

Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM tools.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.

Build and nurture strong client relationships for long-term business partnerships.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

Age: 18–29 years old.

Experience: Previous experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales is preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Language: Proficiency in English.

Availability: Must be available for night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM).
