Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Agents to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our facility management services to potential clients. Your role will involve outbound calls, lead generation, and closing deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Present and explain the company’s facility management services to prospective customers.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies.
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Age: 18–29 years old.
Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus, but fresh candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Language: Proficiency in English.
Availability: Must be available for night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM).
